Officials at the department of public safety information Baltimore County , said Louise Feher , a truck hauling garbage overturned near the crash site . The driver who was seriously injured had been evacuated to a hospital .

This resulted in an explosion of some existing buildings around the scene . Some buildings collapsed , but the train did not crash into the building. Another witness who mentions the incident as a bomb blast . " Even more powerful than the earthquake , " a witness said .
